- The practice operates an appointment system to help prevent patients waiting for long periods and to regulate the clinical work. The time allocated to each appointment is 10 minutes.
- Please telephone or call in to the surgery to book an appointment and ask for a separate appointment for each person to be seen.
- You may consult any of the doctors in the practice and we will try to accommodate you with the doctor of your choice. You will be offered the first available appointment within 48 hours.
- Please check in with reception staff on your arrival at the surgery.
- Appointments are usually bookable up to 6 months in advance.
- On-line appointment booking will be available in the near future. Please check here for information as to when this will be available.
- Click here to book appointments online with EMIS. You must have previously obtained the necessary access codes in a registration letter from the practice. Please ask at reception for details.
Telephone consultations
A doctor will usually be available to take telephone calls between 10.30am and 11.30am for non-urgent medical problems and simple advice. Telephone 01943 604 455.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please advise us as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment slot to another patient.
