Ilkley & Wharfedale Medical Practice is an Ilkley Doctors' practice that has grown and developed on the principles of combining high standards of modern medical care with a personal and friendly service to patients. It provides essential, additional and enhanced services under the General Medical NHS Contract.

The results of the survey enable us to plan services and ensure that all our staff receive any training that we feel would improve the service we offer.

As you may be aware the Government is proposing that patient records which are currently held only by your Medical Practice will be uploaded onto the Central NHS web site. This will happen by default unless you register your objection by completing this form (pdf) and handing it in to the practice.
